How do you give back?
Every month, we donate to a rescue nominated by you. For every toy sold, one toy is donated! Nominate a rescue now.
Through this program, we are able to make a bigger impact to individual rescues. We have donated to non profit rescues all around the world!
If you would like to donate toy to a rescue that is not our rescue of the month, we also offer discounted gift baskets for rescues!
What are the toys made of?
We can proudly say that every material used in our toys are made in North America. Our toys are glue, nail, and staple free to ensure the safest construction. The paper used in many of our toys are printed with vegetable based inks and are collected at the end of distribution, saving many out of date papers from the trash! Fabrics are 100% cotton, and rabbit safe.
Supporting local doesn't stop with our toys. When possible, produce for treats are from local farmers. Castles are made with Canadian wood, and even most of our people items like shirts and shower curtains are printed in the US.
My fuzzy threw their toy in their water, and now their water changed color. Is this safe?
Not to worry! The wood blocks are colored with Vita Critter, a water based dye that was developed specifically for animals to chew. This dye is the safest coloring to use for pets, but will bleed if in contact with water, as it is water based. We choose to use colored items because it has been proven that rabbits and many other small critters show more interest in a variety of colors.
Do you do wholesale?
We sure do! Keep in mind that because we donate toys, our wholesale prices are not necessarily competitive, but we will work with you to find something that will meet your needs. As part of our 'bun for bun' program, for every toy ordered in wholesale, one will also be donated to a registered non profit of your choice. Have any other questions? Give us a shout!
Where do you ship to?
Internationally! If you have a postal address, we can ship to you.
How will you ship?
We package each order individually with repurposed boxes. This means your order is always shipped in the most economical means.
Canadian Orders: All Canadian orders are shipped through Canada Post. It can take 2-5 business days depending on your location. This includes tracking.
US Orders: USPS First Class or Priority when available. Larger orders are shipped through FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. We will provide a tracking number when available.
International Orders: All International orders are shipped through the USPS International package. Tracking numbers are provided when available.
We are not responsible for any missing, or stolen mail. However, we will always help you make every effort to recover your item from the mail carrier. We recommend you chose a mail service that includes insurance (ex. USPS Priority mail)
Do I qualify for free delivery?
We currently only deliver within Vancouver city limits for free (UBC included). If you live outside Vancouver, we can arrange a meeting place anywhere in Vancouver that is convenient for you. This can be arranged through our Contact page, or you can leave us a note when you order.
